Which cryptocurrencies use smart contracts?
Asked 4 years ago
Good afternoon. I'm reading that smart contracts have lower fees and have a faster transaction speed. So which crypto can I look into that uses smart contracts?

Smart contracts are programs that define rules of agreement between platforms and their users, such that if a user fulfills condition A, the smart contract automatically processes condition B. Smart contracts are codes written in Solidity on Ethereum, Avalanche, or BSC, or Rust, for Solana smart contracts. Cardano smart contracts use Plutus, Marlowe and Glow programming languages, and there are other platforms like Algorand, EOS, Hedera, Constellation, and even Bitcoin, with the recent taproot upgrade that can allow developers build decentralized applications in form of smart contract codes.
