Are AMM liquidity pools worth it?
Asked 5 years ago
I am still building on the capital that I have invested and do not yet have a lot of USDC to trade for Ethereum. In this case, would an AMM liquidity pool still be worth it for me? Or should I wait until I have more capital?

Automated Market Maker (AMM) liquidity pools are worth investments every crypto investor should consider. AMM liquidity pool makers generate income from transaction fees based on the percentage of their pools. The best liquidity pools are big enough to minimize risks and significant price variations, have an extensive track record, high daily trading volumes, and extensive reserves. However, ensure you keenly consider the value of the token used to pay rewards if you want to generate good profits.
