NFT's seem to be a very hot new topic - but is it just a passing craze or will they actually retain their value in the market? What is the prediction on the longevity of NFT's?

At its core, an NFT is simply a digital certificate of ownership. Against this backdrop, it is easy to see NFTs still used several decades into the future. They are already evolving from ordinary JPEGs to utility-based artwork, and as the NFT evolution continues, more interesting use cases will solidify its longevity.
