Are there any DOA toolkits that can assist in rapid decentralized decision-making?

Hi there. So I'm thinking a DOA (decentralized autonomous organization) toolkit would make it easier for all of us. Are there any available? Thanks in advance

There are many decentralized autonomous organizations on several cryptocurrency projects that help to make decisions faster. The problem lately is that of a limited possibility of ordinary holders of the token being members of the DAO or having a huge impact on the decisions made. Some DAOs are limited to those who stake a certain amount of token just like it takes 32 ETH to become a validator on the Ethereum proof-of-stake network.
The original motivation behind this is based on the belief that those who hold more of the token are less likely to act unfairly or outside the interest of the network, which if you think about it, is correct. You can check the whitepaper, docs, or ask in your project Discord and Telegram communities to know the criteria for participating in the governance. Some protocols also issue governance tokens that are tradeable like the native tokens of the platform.
