Szabo projected that the difficulty of mining bit gold might vary over time. In other words, he was uncertain about bit gold’s mining difficult. Contrary, Satoshi designed Bitcoin to become difficult to mine over time.
Secondly, bit gold does not have a maximum supply. On the other hand, there will only be 21 million Bitcoins in history.
Thirdly, Zsabo didn’t design bit gold to be electronic money, like Bitcoin. He designed it as a reserve currency/physical reserve for electronic money.
