I want to be able to convert tokens to coins in a DeFi money market. How do I make this happen?

To convert your tokens to coins in a DeFi money market:
Withdraw your tokens a DeFi protocol to a web3 wallet, like MetaMask
Visit a DEX platform like UniSwap
Connect your web3 wallet to access the services of the DEX
Enter the coin for which you want to swap your tokens in the ‘Swap To’ section
Choose the token you want to convert and specify the amount
Click ‘Swap’ to initiate the process 
Open your web3 wallet and confirm the transaction request
That is it!
