What are the benefits of an initial DEX offering model?

Hi guys, I was looking at a DEX exchange that offered tokens representing any asset in this exchange. I'm wondering whether it is worth exchanging assets rather than cryptocurrencies?

The initial DEX Offering (IDO) model offers more benefits than ICOs and IEOs, making them more appealing to cryptocurrency investors. Some of these benefits include:
Open and fair fundraising: In an IDO model, startups do not require CEXs and permission to kick start their fundraising campaigns. Additionally, anyone can set up or participate in an IDO, not just private investors.
Fast trading: IDO tokens reach the market faster than ICOs, STOs, and IEOs. This makes it convenient for investors to buy tokens knowing that it won’t take years to cash out their investments.
Immediate liquidity: In this context, liquidity refers to how fast you can cash out on an investment. Since IDO tokens reach secondary markets quickly, they gain access to immediate liquidity, benefiting the coin price.
