Can a DAO register as an LLC?

How would registering a DAO as a limited liability company impact the regulations? Would it still be considered decentralized and autonomous?

Currently, there are no jurisdictions that allow DAOs to register as an LLC legally. The truth is that blockchain technology and the crypto space is still in its early stages, so there's no way to make a fully decentralized organization functional under the law. In the future, however, there's a chance we'll see something like this happening.
